The only thing that made me watch this was that Miharu looks so much like Aoyagi Ritsuka from Loveless, even their personalities are a bit similar.
Didn’t anyone realise that the substitute teacher was going to be evil the first time you see him? ^^


Opening
Song is nothing out of normal, and it introduces the main characters, and a bunch of many others.

Review
Rokujou’s blushing makes him look so girly. He has some funny moments, like when Kumohira tells him ninjas exist and are hiding in the darkness, to which he simply replies “Wow, that’s fascinating”. And the following “proof” scene also made me smile. The sensei is such a dork haha. Atfer watching minutes of it, you know there will be a LOT of shounen-ai pairings.
Seems Miharu has or is the hijutsu and he may be super powerful and blabla. Also seems he has a memory loss about what happened when he was a kid…and whatever he has inside is, that will make anyone Nabari no ou or just King of Nabari -world of ninjas-. There is some female voice that talks to Rokujou, and after his body is covered with symbols, he attacks. Kouchi stabs him, whoa, unexpected. Seems he wanted to seal part of the hijutsu with his katana…failed. The battle ends when the sensi reveals the seal or something.The female voice says they were so close, and Rokujou says he doesn’t need anything. So inside Miharu’s body is the Book of Shinrabanshou (Shinra, Square-Enix, got it?). Some more shounen-ai pairing, with sensei telling substitue that his students are cute. ^^ He then proceeds to tell Miharu that he will do anything as long as he stops the wars and becomes king. Miharu then goes away in a funny way, saying he wants to return to his normal life style.

Ending
The ending is indeed intriguing. The boy with the cap again, and Rokujou are obviously connected…and okay, let me have those two together please. =D

I couldn’t help but compare this shows to many others…especially Loveless. Not just because of Miharu…but if this cap-boy ends up being an enemy but they actually care for each other or such…I smell Seimei. Ritsuka also seems to have something that everyone wants, since they can’t stop attacking him or Soubi. There are secret organizations…dunno.
I’ll keep watching, it is quite interesting and the art is lovely. Fighting scenes were one of the best this season, IMO.
