Ouran chapter 66 was at last what I expected -not something out of place-. Tamaki was awesome and turned her down. <3 She still is around, but the Host Club will manage to fix her family issues and at last we will have our HaruhiTamaki ending. <3 But I’m so so glad he rejected her. Haruhi’s face at the thought of what Tamaki answered…priceless! I love this Haruhi!

I have read some manga pages and thought it was okay, but after reading many blogs I thought it’d be interesting to watch the anime.
-Episode 2: Taiga getting hit with the ball after all that planning was so funny. The pole scene was quite heartmoving, somehow. “Taiga, he said” was also so awww.
I’ve watched up to #3 ‘cause I was tired, but I’ll continue, it’s fun.

KHR!
Believe it or not, the new character that is with Bel and Bel itself has picked up my interest again, even if the resolutions and stuff seem to be quite far now that they are shifting a bit between secondary characters and all. But I love the new boy! I can’t remember his name, ugh! But I love his relationship with his Bel-sempai tee-hee.

HARUHI I LOVE YOU. I don’t know how it came to be this way, but she totally grew on me enough to be in my list of favourites. I tend to like boys more than girls, and while Tamaki is still Tamaki, Haruhi pwns so very much. Manga!Haruhi is awesome.

Ah yes, old story, some lonely girl gets attached to Tamaki, and seems to be the ideal woman Tamaki always talked about. He is seen thinking all the chapter about Haruhi -trauma, blabla- and spending too much time with this new girl whose name I don’t even care to remember. Haruhi gets mad -I really didn’t get why she got that mad, unless it’s later explained she was jealous and as I know by experience, when the one you like says something not in the way you expect you just want to kill him. Stupid Tamaki spending time with that girl. Said girl confesses, a la Hikaru, we are left for the 22 of November for an answer. And let me tell you I can’t wait. I can forgive any obstacle that gets in lovers way except some pity thing in which Tamaki -or Haruhi some chapter before this one- accepts going out with this girl ‘cause of her background. I suspect that by now he must have realised his feelings, so pleeaaase don’t play the “she is lonely, I can’t hurt her, I will sacrifice my own love for someone else” garbage. Okay, I’m complaining too much but the only purpose I see for this new girl is
a) Tamaki understands he wants Haruhi to tell him that exact words, thus realising his own feelings at last.
b) Hikaru’s love interest, maybe. Why not? The guy is the one that will obviously lose in the end, why not give him some good girl as well? I think Kaoru could do with Mei, and Hunny/Mori remains as it is. Of course I can deal with Kaoru/Hikaru anytime, but that won’t happen. As for Kyouya…Renge lol.

So, Bisco Hatori, don’t you dare give me the “a la anime with Eclair” thing. I am quite tired of that type of tangled things. Because Tamaki’s feelings are pure and shouldn’t accept anything other than Haruhi. /stubborn/.

Air Gear 219
I got so bored with this one. I only care about the couples now. I don’t get the point in this fight, I don’t get why Nakayama is got so much spotlight just to yell “AGITOOO GOO!”, I don’t get why and how Agito was riding a dinosaur. I understood they where having a kind of virtual fight with the old team, but it has gotten so ridiculous.

What’s wrong with this Shounen series lately? I got even more tired with this series ‘cause at least Air Gear has tons of potencial couples -which will become canon, I mean, KHR is like boy love paradise-…KHR has become tiresome. Our typical endless boss fight every chapter. I don’t care how many new pair of gloves Tsuna has anymore. He always gets powered up, lol. Anyway, I am skipping as crazy lately, I will become interested once the plot shows it’s way again.

I’ve restored my interest after reading a LaviLenalee manifesto, I still have a tiny bit of hope for them. They make sense. I haven’t paid much attention to this new kid, I want the story to move onn to the crucial momentss.

So I’ve read mixed reviews about this series. First the bad ones, so I was quite afraid the show I’ve been expecting would be a failure. Quite a good thing they bash it so much, ‘cause I ended up looking for possible flaws and the good things, and I didn’t feel it was fail at all. The main character got really bad critics, while I know he lives a loser life I really like him, especially when he was all blushy at his house with Yua. I hope there is a good explanation at why he is so introverted and prefers having 2D friends. I thought I’ll hate Yua because that type of character design and personality almost always annoys me, and while I know she won’t be my favourite I don’t dislike her. Takki’s sister is very likable, and I found it interesting that they kind of made Yua and the sister meet, I’m so curious about the plot and all those weird weapons! Btw, I’m really dumb, I thought Seria and Rimi were the same person…like if he imagined it and then she was actually real or something.
I prefer Find the Blue to the new song, but it’s slowly fighting for it’s spot. I don’t like the ending song.

I’m excited to see the singing girl and Sena -whose design appeals to me the most-.

Opening is too random IMO. Song is annoying.

Ah well, the art is quite pretty. Minato-san is obviously the type I won’t like, just a few sentences and argh. I wonder how and if she will come to play in the “love triangle”? I mean, I think it’s imply, but isn’t Genokiller her brother? Not by blood maybe? Or maybe she will play something different..?
Anyway, I want Tsukasa with the blue haired kid. <3 That type of secondary characters need to be together!

All in all, it’s not that great anime but I think it’ll entretain. I just hope the harem doesn’t exceed…like, in School Days, it was always Katsura or Sekai, even if he messed with other girls, or a better example, Clannad, though there it’s just plain Nagisa win.

I am not able to watch the last two episodes. Reasons being I know how it ends, and since everything feels so far away from the first episodes…Ranka’s character got a bad treatment, Sheryl grew into oh so wonderful woman -as if-, Alto didn’t grow much IMO, and after all my RankaAlto now I just prefer the three of them going their own ways, so that both the fans and themselves stop bickering lol.

Same with Code Geass. That one differs that I lost interest way back in episode 11 maybe? Or 7? Can’t recall, but Code Geass as a very lulzy series, and it become quite fandom based in the end. At least Suzaku lives and I think Lelouch as well.

I suppose I won’t finish the second season of it, but I’ll do Macross since it’s just two episodes. /off to new series/

And I also know what happens in episode 22.

Anyway, I know I’m pro-Ranka and while I’ve taken a tiny liking to Sheryl, I still prefer Ranka. Sure, Sheryl is stronger at the moment and arrows in 22 show Sheryl/Alto *coughpity*. That doesn’t mean it’s Ranka assured ending, ‘cause even if Sheryl dies Alto can decide she is the only woman for him and end of story.
Yet Sheryl already knows she was being used, how sucky her past was and that fame and glory wasn’t everything. Ranka was starting to learn, having a more complicated past and what I think it’s important to note, she feels incredible pain when killing Vajra. What would she do by staying in the fleet, sing until all Vajra die? -and Vajra seem to be reproductive creatures so it would be non-stop-battle,- I still think that Ranka thinks that by knowing her past she will be able to stop war or understand the Vajra to stop the war blabla.

Everyone have been so hard on her after 21. What could she do, she wasn’t strong enough to deal with AltoSheryl when she was finally going to tell her feelings, the song is from the heart and blah! She didn’t do it on purpose, and dunno. I don’t know why I don’t like Sheryl, really, I’m obviously more Sheryl in personality than Ranka -except the sluttines- and Ranka people who are too not confident sometimes get on my nerves. But this time, dunno, I was heartbroken and I get jealous easily so maybe when it comes to romance I’m more soft…
Yet I dislike how Sheryl has become some kind of saint while Ranka is good-for-nothing for trying to discover her past -which Sheryl discovered while going emo -with reasons- episodes ago.
Take into account Sheryl is dying, she has little time to think and she is strong enough to decide to “sacrifice” herself for everyone. Awesome. She needs to do something because she feels her life has been a lie, she has found love and if she can help in war she will, as I think everyone would if the person is going to die anyway.

I wonder though, if Alto is going or has already chosen Sheryl how will Ranka get to know…let’s hope AltoRanka anyway.

Oh my, I spoiled myself on episode 20 and it was sad to watch. I don’t like how everyone is being so hard on Ranka, maybe ‘cause I always feel so bad when someone gets rejected in that kind of way, and obviously because I like Ranka more than Sheryl. Yet I am starting to like Sheryl a bit more, though you must admit people change when they know they’ll die. While I know from what I read that Ranka will suck really bad on episode 20, I still understand how she felt…she has shown some strength, but couldn’t hold it at the sight of the one she loved the most was taken away…I wonder how the hug took place.

Michel, argh, I really liked him, and many do. Poor Klan.

Macross Frontier
13- Ahh, what a powerful episode. Alto’s yelling in the end was just lovely to hear, somehow. Love the RankaAlto moments.
14- Man, Sheryl sucks at piloting, but I thought it was both a funny and cool scene, I guess if it wasn’t for my love for AltoRanka I would like her a bit more. LOL at Luca saying “Nanase-san!” in what could have been his last minutes. I dunno why this episode was funny to me, it was serious but. X3 And take that Sheryl, I loved how he only thought of saving Ranka and she was dissapointed for not receiving a “wait for me” from Alto. Ah, Brera, taking all the credit.

I’ve seen the scene from episode 15 where they sing-fight for Alto, man, I dislike Sheryl so so much with her style of doing it. Another thing that annoys me, and even if Alto ended up with slutty, how they keep comparing Minmei with Ranka. I haven’t watched it, true, so I’m not sure how much similar they are, for the little I’ve seen and heard, Minmei is “moe” as Ranka, if I use the word correctly, but I see a lot more powerful woman in Minmei and Sheryl than Ranka, in their straight-forward way, but since I don’t know Minemi I can’t really comment. Yet, Minmei was for the plot, the other was for the pilot, now, why should it be like that this way as well?? They should have Sheryl sing some Minmei song so that they could compare them. It’s like saying that when they sing What ’bout my star? together, as Sheryl gets sick and all she is going to die in the end and Ranka will win. (yay! haha nah I don’t want Sheryl to die, just to stop being around Alto).

Can the tournament thing start, please? I’m getting so impatient. …Does the last chapter mean Ikki is all for Simca? I really wanted Ikki/Kururu, and while I don’t want it to be IkkiSimca, I wouldn’t like him with Ringo…but, Kururu! T_T

So, yeah, Miharu/Yoite. We all know they have a deep bond, some will deny it, but I think the manga actually wants to make them canon, and I’ll LOVE that.

Okay, so, basically a chapter where MiharuYoite go on a date spend time together while travelling to Banten. There’s some information regarding Yoite. Ah yes, al-la-Arjuna, he is not a he nor a she, something I don’t know everyone will get but let’s not care about that, since he has the looks of a man. While on the park, Miharu goes to buy drinks and when he comes back, Yoite is being talked to by some stranger. Ok, so Yoite is a killing machine and Miharu could have get in the way because of his antisocial manner, but he looked pretty annoyed and sat in the middle. -and before, he stared and stared and stared at Yoite-.

Ah, I didn’t understand what was Yoite holding…a cellphone? It was a bit out of place, I didn’t get the message.

Anyway, more YoiteMiharu at it’s fullest, Miharu saying he doesn’t really want to go to Banten and would rather be with him forever, and Yoite is so cute tellinh him to stop because he gets confused. Their lovey-dovey quarrel is stopped by the woman in the truck, and it’s not like they are about to kiss, they just laugh which was soo cute.

Then, we have the train scene. Miharu TOTALLY blushes after Yoite says that even if his senses are worst each day, he feels Miharu’s presence even stronger.

I wonder if all this fluffyness isn’t some sort of goodbye…I want to guess that Yoite will “die” for a while but Miharu will find the way to revive him. Or, that he will save him before that. I don’t want Yoite to die, it will held no meaning, Miharu needs him in his life.

I really like this episode, despite not having done much main-plot-wise(I mean, Vajra and saving the Galaxy), it did deal with development between characters, Brera and obviously Ranka.

I’ve read many reviews and many opinions about Ranka/Mao, like a forshadowing of who is not going to get Alto, and I have to agree with those who say there’s still many episodes left to assume right now. While I would totally hit my computer if Sheryl gets Alto, I can’t really say who is winning. Because Alto hasn’t shown romantic interest in none of them, but we know he cares for them. I wish Sheryl was more likable though, I know Ranka may seem like a damsel in distress, because she looks frail and has been saved twice by Alto, but HEY, Sheryl wasn’t attacked face-to-face by a Vajra nor a Hydra.

Many say how Ranka will be the new Galaxy fairy in the end and Sheryl will get Alto and live the normal life she has always wanted…I don’t recall Sheryl wanting a normal life, ever. I may be confused, but Sheryl does love the stardom. I think her role will be more than just Alto’s other romantic interest, and it will deal with the earring, possibly. Right now it’s Ranka’s song that makes things go weird, true, but Sheryl has to play an important part other than being the annoying star who stalks Alto anywhere he goes.

I’ve noticed how Alto didn’t make much reaction after Sheryl kissed him, and how he immediately blush thinking of kissing Ranka. This doesn’t mean he has the hots for Ranka, so I wonder what was he going to say to Sheryl before being cut off. Sheryl fans will probably say something like “she is like a sister” or something.

I wonder, if Ranka had boobs, if they would take her more seriously, rather than giving her the childish attitude.

Ah well, don’t expect me to be nice to Sheryl.

I love how the movie looked. <3 The underwater kiss was awesome hehe.
